How do I care for my candle?
Follow the tips below to help ensure optimal results when burning your candle
- Trim the wick to ¼ inch each time before burning.
- Burn candles in a well-ventilated room
- Keep the wax pool clear of wick trimmings and debris
- Keep burning candles away from drafts, vents, fans or air currents
- Before re-lighting a candle, let the candle cool completely
- Burn regular sized candles for 3–4 hours at a time
- Never leave a burning candle unattended or within reach of children or pets
When will I receive my order?
We strive to ship all orders out within 3 business days. Shipping time depends on location and method selected.
Can I sample scents before purchasing?
Absolutely, we are working on adding a sample pack to the website but in the meantime you can email us at Brittany@viktoriabell.com and we can send you a few small samples to try!
What is your return policy?
We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Please reach out through our contact page with any issues.
What if my candle was damaged in shipping?
If your candle glass is cracked or broken DO NOT BURN! Please reach out through our contact page with photos for replacement.
